Why we want to know your views

The surveyWe wanted to find out:

  • Your perspectives of the improvements made over the last 5 years

  • Your awareness of a range of Merseyrail’s achievements

  • Any reasons why you may not use the services more regularly

  • Your priorities for the trains and stations

  • Your suggestions for future improvements.

Your responses were included in the five-year franchise review, undertaken by Merseyrail and Merseytravel, to incorporate your opinions and priorities for the trains and stations into any future developments. We have listened to your views, and have begun providing many of your suggested improvements across the network.
