Looking to the future

Looking to the futureOf all non users and infrequent users, 43.4% told us that no improvements were necessary to encourage them to use Merseyrail more often in the future. These respondents said the services are already satisfactory and they simply don’t have any need to use the trains more often.

It is encouraging to see that many respondents do not think any further improvements are necessary. However we have listened to their views about the features that they are pleased with, as well as those that may need improving, and we are working on providing even better services over the coming years.
