We are working to maintain the highly regarded aspects of the stations, whilst providing better facilities where respondents think we need to improve. In particular:
- We have provided new and refurbished toilet facilities at a number of stations.
- We have completed a number of station and car park improvement schemes, in partnership with Merseytravel and Network Rail.
- We are working on increasing levels of staffing where appropriate.
- We are improving the cleaning of our trains and our stations.
