Looking to the future

We asked all respondents to let us know how we could improve our services over the next ten years. The two most important priorities were:

1. Increasing capacity (14.7%), and
   
   
2. Improving security (11.5%).
   
   

These are our top priorities for improvements, and we are continuing to increase the number of 6-carriage trains wherever possible, as well as helping our passengers to feel safer, as we are now one of the safest and most secure networks in the country.
