What our passengers think about our stations

Our StationsOverall many of you rated our stations well, in particular:

  • 66.3% of our passengers rated the helpfulness of staff as ‘very good’ or ‘good’

  • 55.5% of our passengers thought that personal safety was ‘very good’ or ‘good’

  • 53.1% of our passengers rated buying tickets as ‘very good’ or ‘good’.

We are pleased that most of you did not rate many aspects as ‘very poor’ or ‘poor’. That said, there are a few areas that have been flagged up as in need of a bit of improvement. The aspects that you rated less highly included station toilets, the availablity of seating, and weather protection.

We will continue to maintain the features of the stations you rated highly, and are working hard to provide better facilities at the stations. We have provided new and refurbished toilet facilities at a number of stations, and are continuing to provide more seating and better shelters and weather protection.
