What You Said
 The survey took place between 12th May and 25th July 2008:
- 60,000 questionnaires were given out to passengers on-board trains, at stations and at Merseyrail Community Outlets.
- 1000 infrequent or non users of Merseyrail were interviewed throughout Merseyside.
- Infrequent users or those who don’t use Merseyrail at all were invited to complete a survey, that was distributed through Merseyrail Community Outlets, such as Travel Centres and One Stop Shops, as well as via a range of other shops and amenities across Merseyside.
Respondents also had the opportunity to have their say by filling in an online questionnaire on this website.
